Erica Blosser

Founded in 2016 by Owner and Principal Agent, Erica Blosser.

Erica has worked for agencies and carriers throughout Pinellas County. Once the opportunity presented itself, she seized the moment and opened her own agency. While the agency itself is newer, Erica is no stranger to insurance. Her experience ranges from being the agent to the carrier underwriter, and most importantly the consumer. Being a homeowner, driver, and business owner, she knows the many struggles people face when choosing insurance products. Erica has lived in Pinellas County her entire life and Clearwater since 1989. She has deep roots and a strong commitment to strengthening her community. Erica has two daughters, Aliyah and Shyan, an American Bulldog, Cleo, and is a graduate of Clearwater High School, Central Insurance School, and St. Petersburg College of Business. She is a coach and member of the Board of Directors for Clearwater Little League Softball, founder of Operation Feed Clearwater, a mentor for Take Stock in Children, and Level II Volunteer with Pinellas County Schools. She is dedicated to making a brighter future for the next generation.

Judy McMahan

Judy McMahan joined the team in 2016 as our Office Manager.

After working for more than 30 years with Val-Pak, Judy retired. She couldn't stay idle long and shortly after, she found her home with Noble Insurance. With her strong attention to detail and dedicated work ethic, she is an asset to our team.

Judy initially joined the team to help her daughter, Erica, materialize her dream. Now, she enjoys talking to clients and handling day-to-day business tasks. She is the friendly voice you hear when you call the office. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and helping her husband of 33 years with crafts for the local tradeshows. She currently lives in Etowah, TN.

Jaya Palmer

Jaya Palmer joined the team in 2020 as our Social Media Marketing Specialist. 

Being a Pinellas County native gives her an unmatched perspective of the Sunshine State. Jaya graduated from Seminole High School class of 2019. She is continuing her education at the University of South Florida, Go Bulls! Jaya is bringing youth and innovation to Noble Insurance. Her love for social media, photography, and being “in the know” will help us expand to additional markets. She is the face behind the posts on social media.

In her free time, Jaya enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and friends. She likes to travel, soak up the sun on world-famous Clearwater Beach, and check out the nightlife in Tampa’s Channelside district.

Wendy Reinhardt

Wendy Reinhardt joined the team in 2021 as a Partnering Sales Agent. 

Originally from Portage, Indiana, Wendy moved to Florida in 1993 settling in Pinellas County. She has been licensed in insurance for over 20 years. Prior to insurance, her career was in accounting. She obtained her insurance education from Central Insurance School and has continue her education at St. Petersburg College. She also has a specialty license in life, health, and annuities. Wendy brings a wealth of knowledge and know-how to our team.

In her free time, Wendy likes spending time with her pup, Ace, and her friends. She stays active by kickboxing. She is an avid traveler, always trying to find hidden gems in our beautiful country! Jason Timlin

Jason Timlin joined our team in 2023 as a Licensed Account Manager.

Jason is a Pennsylvania native that grew up in Pinellas County. New to the insurance world, Jason is eager to learn the ins and outs of the insurance world. He graduated from East Lake High School and continued his education by attending Central Insurance School. He brings with him customer service experience and a viewpoint of the newer generation that’s much needed in today’s industry.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys hanging around his girlfriend. He also is an avid bowler, travels as often as possible, goes to a variety of concerts, and enjoys relaxing at home watching the latest shows.
