Erica Blosser

Founder & Principal Agent

Erica founded Noble Insurance in 2016 with a vision of making insurance more personal, understandable, and straightforward. She has more than 17 years of insurance industry experience, including work with both independent agencies and insurance carriers throughout Pinellas County.

Her experience includes personal and commercial insurance, with particular knowledge of personal insurance and investment property coverage. As a homeowner, driver, property investor, and business owner, Erica understands the challenges clients face when evaluating their insurance options.

A lifelong Pinellas County resident who has lived in Clearwater since 1989, Erica believes strongly in giving back to her community. Noble Insurance partners with Oldsmar Cares for food and toy drives, sponsors bowling leagues at Maple Lanes and supports Countryside High School volleyball. Outside of the office, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, cruising, visiting mountain cabins, competitive cornhole and bowling.

Judy McMahan

Compliance Officer & Chief Problem Solver

Judy joined Noble Insurance in 2016 and has been part of the agency since its earliest days. After more than 30 years with Valpak, she brought her strong work ethic, attention to detail and organizational experience to help Erica build Noble Insurance,

As Compliance Officer and Chief Problem Solver, Judy helps keep the agency organized, handles important administrative responsibilities, and steps in wherever she is needed. Her ability to find solutions and keep things moving makes her an invaluable part of the Noble team.

Clients may recognize Judy as one of the friendly voices on the phone. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren, and helping her husband prepare crafts for local trade shows.

Kimberly Napier

Client Solution Specialist & Licensed Agent at Noble Insurance

Kim joined Noble Insurance in 2024 and brings a thoughtful, solution focused approach to helping clients. As a Client Solution Specialist and licensed agent, she assists clients with their insurance needs while making sure they feel heard, supported, and comfortable asking questions.

Kim earned her insurance license through Central Insurance School and continues to expand her knowledge of the insurance industry. She is also an honor student at St. Petersburg College, where she is studying Business Administration. Her personal motto is to always remain a student, and she brings that willingness to learn to her work every day.

Outside of the office, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, attending anime conventions, watching movies, and making memories with her son, Echo.

Ashley Jean Gorby

Client Experience Specialist & Licensed Agent at Noble Insurance

Ashley Jean joined Noble Insurance in 2025 and brings enthusiasm, compassion, and strong customer service skills to the agency. As a Client Experience Specialist and licensed agent, she focuses on helping clients feel welcomed, informed and supported throughout their experience with Noble Insurance.

Originally from Lake Villa, Illinois, Ashley Jean moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2008. She earned her insurance license through Central Insurance School and has a natural ability to build relationships and connect with clients.

Outside of work, Ashley Jean enjoys painting, photography, gardening, reading, and softball. She considers herself old fashioned at heart and values spending time with her family most of all.

Shyan Cleveland

Retention Specialist & Licensed Agent at Noble Insurance

Shyan joined Noble Insurance in 2025 and serves as a Retention Specialist and licensed agent. She works with existing clients to help address their insurance needs, review available options and provide continued support as their policies and circumstances change.

A Florida and Pinellas County native, Shyan graduated from Countryside High School in 2025 and earned her insurance license through Central Insurance School. She is pursuing her Associate of Arts degree at St. Petersburg College and plans to continue her education through the University of Central Florida’s College of Business.

Outside of work and school, Shyan enjoys spending time at the beach, attending concerts, finding deals at local thrift stores, caring for her plants and spending time with her cat, Franklin.
