Founded in 2016 by Owner and Principal Agent, Erica Blosser.
Erica has worked for agencies and carriers throughout Pinellas County. Once the opportunity presented itself, she seized the moment and opened her own agency. Her experience ranges from being an independent agent to the carrier underwriter, but most importantly the consumer. Being a homeowner, driver, and business owner, she knows the many struggles people face when choosing insurance products. Let her show you the difference and earn your friendship, then your business.
Erica has lived in Pinellas County her entire life and Clearwater since 1989. She has deep roots and a strong commitment to strengthening her community. Erica has two daughters, Aliyah and Shyan. She is a graduate of Clearwater High School, Central Insurance School, and St. Petersburg College of Business. She is the founder of Operation Feed Clearwater, a mentor for Take Stock in Children, a Level II Volunteer with Pinellas County Schools, and is the team liaison for the Countryside Cougars Volleyball team. She is dedicated to making a brighter future for the next generation.
In her free time, she enjoys time with family and friends, as well as going on cruises and spending long weekends in mountain cabins. She stays active by playing competitive cornhole, bowling in leagues and tournaments several nights a week.
Judy McMahan joined the team in 2016 as our Office Manager.
After working for more than 30 years with Val-Pak, Judy retired. She couldn't stay idle long and shortly after, she found her home with Noble Insurance. With her strong attention to detail and dedicated work ethic, she is an asset to our team.
Judy initially joined the team to help her daughter, Erica, materialize her dream. Now, she enjoys talking to clients and handling day-to-day business tasks. She is the friendly voice you hear when you call the office. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, baking desserts, and helping her husband of 36 years with crafts for the local tradeshows.
Jaya Palmer joined the team in 2020 as our Social Media Marketing Specialist.
Being a Pinellas County native gives her an unmatched perspective of the Sunshine State. Jaya graduated from Seminole High School class of 2019. She is continuing her education at the University of South Florida, Go Bulls! Jaya is bringing youth and innovation to Noble Insurance. Her love for social media, photography, and being “in the know” will help us expand to additional markets. She is the face behind the posts on social media.
In her free time, Jaya enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and friends. She likes to travel, soak up the sun on world-famous Clearwater Beach, and check out the nightlife in Tampa’s Channelside district.
Wendy Reinhardt joined the team in 2021 as Managing Partner and Sales Agent.
Originally from Portage, Indiana, Wendy moved to Florida in 1993 settling in Pinellas County. She has been licensed in insurance for over 20 years. Prior to insurance, her career was in accounting. She obtained her insurance education from Central Insurance School and has continue her education at St. Petersburg College. She also has a specialty license in life, health, and annuities. Wendy brings a wealth of knowledge and know-how to our team.
In her free time, Wendy likes spending time with her pup, Ace, and her friends. She stays active by kickboxing. She is an avid traveler, always trying to find hidden gems in our beautiful country! Kimberly Napier joined the team in 2024 as a Licensed Account Manager.
Kim was born in Kentucky and moved to Florida in 2009, where she finished school at Enterprise High. Kim is now an honor student at St. Petersburg College continuing her education in Business Administration. Kim obtained her insurance license from Central Insurance School. She has now jumped into the world of insurance and is living by her motto of always staying a student. Every day she learns more about the growing world of insurance and is eager to help friends and clients alike. You can always expect to be greeted at the door with a friendly smile or warm hello on the phone with Kim here.
Outside of work and school, Kim enjoys spending time with her loving and supportive family. She goes to anime conventions and watches movies as often as possible. She scrolls TikTok and brings the latest trends back to work. Kim enjoys spending time with her son, Echo, and making memories with him.
